The new hotel located at 1356 Trae Lane, Lithia Springs, GA will operate as a Choice Hotel franchise, owned by CNL-Lithia, LLC and managed by TGC Hospitality Management of Wichita, Kansas.
This is our sixth WoodSpring Hotel and our fourth new build including one in Broken Arrow Oklahoma and two in Louisville, said Nick Esterline, president and founder of TGC Group. The WoodSpring Suites Atlanta Lithia Springs is quaintly located off Interstate 20 and Thornton Road, near Sweetwater Creek State Park, Six Flags Over Georgia, Google, Amazon, FedEx, Medline Industries, American Red Cross, Silverline, Werner trucking, and great local dining and shopping choices. The four story, 122-room non-smoking and pet friendly hotel offers single and double queen suite accommodations. Each suite features in-room kitchens complete with full-sized refrigerator and freezer, cooktop, dishwasher, and the kitchen essentials.
