Nick J. Esterline, CCIM
President and Founder
TGC Group
As President and Founder of TGC Group, Nick is responsible for overseeing capital deployment and strategic vision of TGC Group. With over 17 years of industry experience, he has led TGC Group in more than $200M in acquisitions and development projects. Under Nick's leadership, TGC has grown to 17 corporate level employees and over 250 associates working in seven states and continuing to expand with multiple new acquisition and development projects in the works.
Nick is married to his best friend Sabrina, and they have three wonderful boys together, Lunden, Bronx and Housten. As a family, they enjoy sports (Go Yankees and Vikings!), fishing, golf and spending time with family and friends. In the past year they welcomed two Bernedoodles to the family, Buddy and Boomer.

Quentin Ellis
President
Construction & Development
With 20 years of industry experience, Quentin leads the development and construction teams. With roles ranging from onsite supervision to construction executive, and project cost ranging from a few thousand dollars to over $30 million he is able to provide valuable insight on budget, schedules and constructability throughout the entire develop and construction process.
Quentin and his wife, Amy, have four incredible children, Griffin, Quinn, Piper, and Saylor who was welcomed in November 2018. They certainly keep them on their toes. In their free time, the family enjoys spending time at the lake house swimming, boating, and fishing. When not at the lake, they are attending youth sporting events and dance programs.

Duane Wilkinson
Property Accountant & Controller
Development & Hospitality
Duane manages company financials for development and hospitality projects as well as oversees accounting operations for managed properties.
He and his wife, Kelly, have been married for 8 years and between the two of them they have three boys and one daughter. Duane's boys keep him on the go with school and sporting events. He enjoys photography and in their free time they like to work on home projects, travel, and visit local breweries.

Leslie J. McClure

Leslie oversees the day to day operations, revenue and expense management for the Limited Service Portfolio. She provides managerial support to ensure the guest service levels and financial performance is optimized for each property, including pre-opening activities and licensing.
Leslie and her husband, Kirk, love to cheer for their son, Jake, who is a Tight End for Kansas Wesleyan University and enjoy time outdoors with friends and family. Their faithful chocolate Labrador Retriever Rudy keeps everyone on their toes.
Wendy oversees the day to day operations, revenue and expense management for the Extended Stay Portfolio. She provides managerial support to ensure the guest service levels and financial performance is optimized for each property, including pre-opening activities and licensing.
Wendy and her husband, Mike, enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring regional breweries, and vacationing at the beach. They travel to Delaware and West Virginia frequently to see their two grown sons and their families. They are both a bit smitten for their five grandchildren. At home, a Miniature Pincher named Rusty, rules the roost.
Jill manages the brand, all marketing activities, web content, and reviews and responds to all guest comments. As the brand champion, she implements fun and innovative ways to keep our teams engaged in continuous learning, team activities to foster team work, recognition, event planning, public relations, and community involvement.
Jill and her husband, Scott, thoroughly enjoy watching their children Jacob and Emma participate in school and sports activities and competitions. As a family they enjoy watching the Texas Rangers, traveling, various outdoor activities, and spending time with friends and family. Their home is complete with their Morkie, Murphy and Goldendoodle, Winnie.

Blake Heiman, CCIM

Blake is responsible for sourcing new hospitality development and acquisition opportunities across the United States.
The only millennial in the group, Blake enjoys playing golf and loves being on the course as often as possible. When not swinging a club, he's trying new restaurants and local brews. Blake is one of six kids and enjoys traveling and spending time with his friends and family.
Lisa Coleman
Project Coordinator
Development
Lisa provides professional support to the acquisition and development of restaurant, hospitality, commercial and multi-family properties. She is responsible for coordinating, monitoring and tracking projects progress through the phases of pre-development, design and up to construction and completion of the project.
Lisa's time away from the office is spent with her husband, Rich, their two children, Aubrey and Jesse, and their pets. She enjoys spending time outdoors, going on family campouts, and cheering her kids on at their numerous school and sports activities and competitions.

Chad is responsible for overseeing the development process of all projects. Working directly with the Owner through entitlement, design and construction. His extensive background in architecture lends a unique eye to the management of development projects.
Chad recently moved back to Kansas to be near his family. In his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors, at the gym and time with his family.

Andrew Schoech

Andrew is responsible for all facets of project management including contracting, financial reporting, material procurement and scheduling. Working directly with field personnel and office staff, he is involved in the entire construction process.
Andrew and his wife, Logan, were married in April 2019. They enjoy working on projects at their house, traveling and golfing as much as possible. Their home is rounded out with their dogs Maggie and Biscuit.

Katelynn Ensley

Katelynn is the core of the construction team. She manages all construction finances to include financial reporting and analysis, job costing, payroll and cash flow management.
Katelynn and her husband, Dan, welcomed their son, Theodore, in October 2018. They are avid KU fans and enjoy traveling, online shopping, and spending time with their friends and family.

Brent Fischer
Project Engineer
Construction
Brent assists the Project Managers through the construction process from estimating to finish. He manages the bid process from collecting, organizing and comparing, and prepares subcontracts and purchase orders.
Outside of work, Brent enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling. He has a passion for autos; the two and four wheeled variety.

Keri Williams

Keri keeps our office running smoothly and brings a wide range of administrative and executive support to include managing the day-to-day operation of the office.
Keri and her husband, Marcus, enjoy spending time with their children Makayla, Katelyn, Josiah, Jayda and Kaia. As a family they like to BBQ, play games, fish and spend time with family and friends. Their daily lives are consumed with high school and club sports.

Chantal Hayes

Chantal joined our team in September to manage all accounting operations for our open hotel properties.
Chantal brings 13 years of accounting experience to the team. She earned her Master's in Business and Accounting fro Southwestern. Chantal and her husband, Jeremy, have five kids and two furry friends. In their spare time they enjoy spending time with their family and friends, watching their kids play sports, camping, boating and cooking out.

Samantha Kester
Hotel Property Accountant

Samantha joined our team in June to manage all accounting operations for our open hotel properties.
A Wichita State University graduate, Samantha and her husband, Zach, will be celebrating their 1st wedding anniversary in September. They enjoy traveling and spending time in Dallas visiting family and friends, shopping and trying new and local eateries. But most of all, they enjoy their pets and taking Calvin, the rescue mutt, to the dog park.

Colby Rinehart

Colby joined our team in February working part-time at the TownePlace Suites East Wichita building relationships with local businesses marketing our hotel.
He is a student at Wichita State University majoring in Business Administration. Colby is an outdoors man; in his free time he enjoys spending time in Eureka, Kansas at his grandparent’s land hunting and fishing. He also enjoys playing golf and spending time with friends and family.
Colby and his wife, Brooke, were married in August 2019.

Keeli recently rejoined the team after taking time off to spend with her growing family. Her organization and technology background is helpful as she'll manage electronic project documents; contracts, change orders, and invoices.
Keeli and her husband, Tyler, have two beautiful girls, Adelline and Rory. In their free time they enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the movies, and watching true crime documentaries.

Joe is a 2019 graduate of Wichita Collegiate School. He shadowed Nick and was introduced to TGC Group during Wichita Collegiate School's Mentor Day.
Joe recently completed his freshman year at the University of Colorado Business School where he is studying Finance and will return in the fall.
He is excited to learn about the industry and contribute to the team!

Chris Hopping

Construction
With 25 years in the construction industry, Chris oversees all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion. He works hand in hand with project management and field supervision to develop and improve operation procedures and systems.
Chris and his wife, Andrea, have four children, Jack Joseph, Matthew, and Alice. They spend most of their time at their kids sporting events, and in their free time they like golfing, biking, or relaxing at home by the pool. The Hopping family is complete with man's best friend, Winston.

Mike Brown

Mike manages all aspects of the construction process for his projects and enjoys the variety each day brings in helping the project team overcome inherent challenges and successfully meeting the needs of every client.
Away from work, you can usually find Mike and his wife, Danika, in a basketball gym coaching, training or cheering. With four children, McKenzie, Kennedy, Addyson and Isaac, life revolves around family as they enjoy traveling and spending time together as much as possible.
Cameron works directly with our front line teams with day to day operations, with a focus on revenue and GOP, managing and inspecting brand standards, and guest satisfaction.
Cameron and his girlfriend, Ashley, recently moved to Wichita and welcomed their daughter Hayden, in June 2019. He is a faithful Las Vegas Raiders fan, and enjoys shooting handguns, and taking care of his family.
