Chad is responsible for overseeing the development process of all projects. Working directly with the Owner through entitlement, design, and construction. His extensive background in architecture lends a unique eye to the management of development projects.

 

Chad moved back to Kansas in 2018 to be near his family. In his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors, at the gym and time with his family.
